Added a $5 year to Wired as an option with my order. Not an unusual offer from them, but I bit anyways.

Great magazine. I love reading the articles online, but I prefer the magazine format...it's a lot easier to focus on when I don't have 15 tabs of articles to read.

Junk magazine - had it for a year and glad to stop getting it!

Pop psychology magazines like Psychology Today won't hold the interest of those versed in cognitive behavioral science for very long. You'll find similar and oftentimes more in-depth articles on...

I jumped on this once 2-3 years ago because Psychology is what I got my degree in (despite working in IT) I thought this might be interesting like the journals I used to read in college and have...

Great find. My subscription lapsed a while back. Review-wise, this mag is not so much for people in the industry as much as it is for the everyday person. As with any magazine, there were...

I like it for perspective of thought(s). Yeah, it's not the most smartly written thing out there, but it gives the non-experts the ability to comprehend somethings. My biggest complaint is that it...

That's their psychology at work - get you hooked on the magazine for 2 years and then make you pay full price after that.

I don't get the magazine, but am an active reader of their blog and it is an excellent resource. All articles are written by professionals (doctors, therapists, professors, etc) and are not too heavy

My mother is a practitioner (lucky me) and I've subscribed before. Psychology Today is definitely not Cosmopolitan but it's no Scientific American either. I'd say it is most like The Week. Complex...
Why do people read this junk? I wouldn't trust the info printed in here any more than a Cosmo. If you want to read some actual psychology science/news, pick up a real periodical like Psychology...

ehh I want to bite, but I'm afraid the articles won't be all that serious - probably full of stuff like "Why are women more attached than men?", or "Why am I still hungry after I just ate?" etc zzz
