Ya, straight from Google. When I ordered it, it said 6 to 7 weeks so I was floored when I got a tracking number the next morning. I got the 16gb model.

what you could do is claim that you "lost" the s3, and buy a phone at a non discounted price. this is typically a basic phone valued at around 50 bucks. this will get you out of the data plan.
