Keep in mind, Haswell is coming out in 4-6 months, and will require a new socket. LGA 1155 motherboards are likely to drop further in price between now and then.

Those TXE3 overclocking tests look all wrong I bet its the highest clocker of the group a thermalright air cooler is not sufficient for testing a 3770k at very least they should have thrown an h100...
