I got this same G780 but with an i5-3210M for $463 from Lenovo's outlet a couple weeks ago. For $800 I'd want stuff like backlit keyboard,1080p, and SSD. Great computer though, just not a slick...

The 630M definitely does not suck. It's probably the lowest I'd recommend though. I'm playing Skyrim on medium settings just fine. It's a great budget GPU.

Yes, even the Intel could easily handle that. The limitation is set by the display, not the graphics processor (within reason of course).
