not really any combo of three. THEY REQUIRE you to provide atleast one credit or debit card as a form of payment. IE, you cannot pay for something in full with 2 GCs + promo or with GC + promo

My $400 and $75 GC's both showed up in around 30 minutes. It all comes down to how long it takes them to process your payment and how many orders they have coming through.

The bonus amount perplexes me, say you needed $2,000. You'd get $375 bonus by buying 5 $400 cards, but only $360 by buying 4 $500 cards.
