When I used a staples reward to purchase it there was no rebate printed. I canceled the transaction and bought with CC and the rebate printed.
I am not the expert , but I think the 6.99 rebate...

It saves your tax on 10% of the paper so only few cents. I beleive Staples re-calculates your net cost to prohibit people makes money on that.

Staples will reduce the 10% rewards on paper by 10% not the rebate. Rebates and rewards are 2 entirely different things.

The non-inventory SKU code is not a coupon at all- just a trigger to print out a rebate.
