Some cards you can churn on schedule, for instance every 6 months can reapply. I dont know specific windows since I dont usually do that, but just an fyi.

That's what I've heard. I was considering doing that with the chase SW RR visa. I believe with the Amex SPG card I have to wait a year after cancelling to reapply to get the same bonus.

I Churn a ton of CCs but dont do them on schedule like some do. I usually keep cards open until an annual fee hits. From what I recall, SW RR you can only get the bonus once per card ever, not sure...

Don't plan on getting a house closer to my late 20's. Kind of what I figured. Keep open the ones that don't have an annual fee, then once the annual fee comes around give them the ax.
