Dugard is probably the major author (i.e. did most of the research). O'Reilly probably just gave it some flavor and is good for moving them off the shelf. I think an interesting combo.

Two good books about Lincoln are 1. Lincoln, by David Herbert Donald 2. Manhunt by James Swanson. The O'Reilly book has historical inaccuracies.
