I went to TRU to purchase with my paypal card, but when I swiped it through the keypad reader, it said "Invalid Card".

I was thinking this as well, until I realized that if I bought a $50 item and paid $20 with groupon, only $30 would go to Paypal and so the coupon would not apply. Bummer...

I tried to tinker with getting 2 Halo 4 (B1G1 1/2off) and selling 1 to amazon for $30, but even then I would be getting the keeper one @ $40. No way around it. The Cashback sites suck for TRU right...

Yes, that would work. I was looking at a $32 item with my groupon, and thought I could add $18 to get this $10 off, but then realized it would lower the amount paid by PayPal. Oh well!

Most likely yes since the $10 off is from PayPal - all they will see is an in-store purchase of $50 - they have no idea what you purchased.
