I just went in to pick mine up today too. It was only the pads. Even though the clerk checked the item number, which was that of the mop, they only sent the pads. They issued me a refund right then...

Not worth it. I bought one of these and it did terrible job of cleaning while it "worked". It leaves streaks everywhere and the dirt only gets picked up on the perimeter of the pad so the middle part...

The one I ordered previously has color "multi" listed and this one says white in the order confirmation. This better be the mop and not a set of replacement pads!!
