To get the email I installed the software and launched it then clicked the get a free key button. It will then make you sign up etc... before giving you a key. There might be a different way to...

I use Snap 5 on Windows 7 (32 bit) and it has always worked great for me. I tried to use Snap 5 on my Windows 7, 64 bit computer for the first time the other night and had trouble capturing sound.
