I assume you gave them the "coupon" which is actually a dummy sku for the rebate and not a coupon. You may have bought the wrong paper. This rebate is for the multipurpose paper and not the copy...

I think they bought the wrong paper. Copy Select instead of multipurpose. Copy Select has a $3.99 rebate.
