I thought the same thing, but i would give anything to get my cardboard box back, it was way sturdier. But it was also a really nice 400 dollar tree, so the box was pretty dang nice for cardboard :D

This did not work!! I put my live tree in this thing last year. I was so excited to open it this year and reuse my tree. But when I unzipped it, the tree was DEAD!! What a scam!

FYI before you buy, this thing is a joke not even worth 8 bucks! I had one for our tree and the tree did not fit right and if you have a nice sturdy tree it will rip the bag to shreds.
