I don't think he got all 207 of them. The shipping weight is only 21.3 lbs. The cases were 0.7 lbs each, and the chargers were like 0.9 lbs each. So 21.3 - 3.6 = 17.7 lbs for the remainder...

Both chargers are USB chargers, but looks like one comes with an iPhone/iPad 30-pin connector to USB cable, and the other a microUSB cable. Save the PDF of the rebate, that should trump.
