I chatted with TigerDirect chat representative, according to him we cant apply the rebate to this purchase, its because the rebate is for the retail outlet and not for tigerdirect.com bummer

I would be very wary of this tv. According to the reviews on Amazon, this is not a true 120hz TV and is not the model from Vizio that received great reviews. Apparently Vizio made this product line...

Seems like a pretty decent deal. I'd jump on it but I'm not willing to wait until January for delivery. And to correct the earlier post, it isn't $800 it's $900.
