Not valid with any other offers like coupon codes. You used a coupon code to get the sweatshirts with free ship. You cant double dip. Thats why they are ineligible.

I have had the same issues. Chase jsut says the purchases were "ineligible" and that I didn't go through the UR Mall (which I DID)....then they tell me what the steps are to go through to get the UR...
