You should get a popup from PDFCreator after the you've unchecked "Use printer offline." After you get this popup.
On the bottom right click Save and choose where you'd like to save the pdf.

I have never tried PDFXchange. Try right-clicking on the queued print job and click restart.

Word to the wise though - make sure you go slow when installing PDFCreator and pay attention to what you're installing because it tries to install a bunch...

I tried doing this with CutePDFWriter, and it didn't work...almost everything was the same except the name of the driver, but I thouhgt it would work anyway. THe one difference is that in my printer...

When do 9. Click on the Advanced tab and change the Driver to PDFCreator. Hit Apply and OK.
The printer will change its name...
