In my experience, the funds are ready the moment the card is activated. Others and I were able to roll the initial gift card to a new gift card using different club cards instantly.

You get one shot at this as it is a one-time offer. IF you have the $10 off $100 offer then you can do that multiple times but that works best on non-MC or non-Visa cards from a profit standpoint....
