I know that but some TVs do 3:2 pull down better and the LG did a better job at 60hz. So like i said its not just about refresh rate. The Lg actually did 3:3 pull down looking at the specs at 60hz....

For proper 24p playback, it is about the refresh rate. At 48hz, the refresh is easily seen in bright scenes as the blinking. 60hz smooths it out, but again, that gives judder with the 3:2 pulldown....

60hz does 3:2 pulldown so it's no longer 24p playback. Better TVs run 24p playback at 96hz which eliminates flicker and retains the proper cadence.
