After following OP's sipdroid/pbxes/GV/callcentric/csipsimple method I am back to square one: GrooveIP/GV. I did not see any improvement, but drawbacks are many. Just wasted several hours.

okay, what did i miss... i can receive calls, but cannot make them. Your post says, "use phone dialer" for outbound calls. So, this is only free inbound calls, but paid outbound calls?
