Depends on his definition of quiet. My vanilla gtx 670, was only audible at about 50% or
above fan speed. They do run hot, 75 to 79c on average.

Did the Galaxy one have a 1006MHz base clock?

The FTW version has higher clockspeeds, with a gtx 680 pcb. They still run hot though.
