I've haven't had a rebate not fulfilled yet that I've done at Fry's (knock on wood).
I do keep track of everything and have back-up copies of all my documentation though.

Fry's will go to bat for you if there is a problem with the rebate (have had to enlist Fry's help three times in the past). But probably not worth the hassle over a $10 item.

I only had to do this once, but Fry's fixed up a rebate fake hassle for me. I have to admit, it makes me more willing to do a rebate thru Frys.

Yeah, that same "incorrect address" issue happened to me too on the HDMI Splitter from the Fry's Anniversary sales. I know that was purposeful... they wanted us to all send it to the wrong address...

Good catch on the 12/26 date. The Fry's website shows it as valid 12/25 but the form says
