If you are into that, I've read that reusing oil a lot can carry carcinogens... I normally use it a bit if it is fairly clean... Like they said, talk it to disposal center

I poor it into gallon size plastic juice containers (after the grease has cooled of course!) then every so often take them to a local fast food place and dump it in their grease vat.

I have one of these and use it all the time. The only downsize is it's a little too small and I have to do 2 batches of fries to make enough for 4 people. I recommend using peanut oil for the fries....

You can reuse the heck out of frying oil. I guess when it's all done though, you could convert it to biodiesel or dump it outside.
