This is neither playstation portable, nor hardware. Memory cards are considered accessories, and since it's for the Vita and not PSP I think you'd be able to argue your case fairly easily.

I was able to check out with the 16 GB memory Card just now, while it still says out of stock temporarily, it still allows you to add it to your cart. So try and see if you guys can get it to work.
