The unit comes with a AC/DC power-cable, but it is rather short. I may try to extend that cable and/or try to put in an additional 110v run with a socket closer to the camera.

I set a FI8910W outside on my porch but when it got cold outside, it started getting real screwy (random resets, IR not working, etc). Once I moved it back inside, it didn't have any more problems.
