Yes, it's a .htm file now even the extension is .zip because I chose the Google Chrome to open it.

no, it's a .htm file - look at the properties screenshot that you posted - go to "show known file extensions" or rename it to end in .zip as opposed to .htm

You need to "choose default program" (after right clicking on it) and change the default program.
Though it would be easier just to install 7zip or winrar and be done with it, they are better...
