Hate to break it to you but the Cow has had it even cheaper! :)
They are an arm of Best Buy though so it's a trustworthy buy; good CS and return policy.

The heart rate monitor is not exactly built in...it requires a separate ANT+ device (like a strap) for the HR monitoring to work. You need to factor this in your cost analysis.
