Interesting - the sign just said limit 3. Usually I'd think they wouldn't track it to your account....just limit it at the cash register, but I haven't gone back to try again.

My local Costco's here have these 4packs of FEIT 13W CFLs for $4.99 less $4.50 instant rebate (supposedly from the local utility) = 49 cents for a 4 pack. Limit 3. I bought 3. Tempted to buy...

I got them at Glenview today. I assume all the Costco's in Chicago have the same offer as it is a "ComEd Rebate". 50 cents for 4 bulbs is a no-brainer price for me - I'm such a sucker for deals...

I've had decent luck with Feits - they last several years at least. I don't see a reason to pay $3 per bulb when Feits are 12 cents a bulb. How much better can they be?
