They're an incredibly expensive way to eat healthy fruits and nuts. :) Dates are about $3/pound and almonds are about $6 and Larabars cost between $8 and $12/lb. Fresh fruit/veg costs $0.50 to $2/lb....

+1. natural sugar from fruit is not the same as the sugar in chocolate, corn syrup, ect. some of the luna bars do have chocolate chips, but still in a totally different ball park than a snickers...
