MC can do split-payment transactions like any other retailer. You reserve with a CC, but don't have to pay with that one. That has been my experience in Cambridge, MA. Not sure how returns would work.

Yes, Micro Center does do multiple payment type transactions. Just tell them how much for each card, then swipe it (just don't go back and add something because the charges will be pending). ...
