Steam has a 66% off discount for Sims 3, along with some of the DLC.
The PC game is normally $29.99, but currently only $10.19.
The DLC is also on sale, ranging from $6.79 to $19.99.

I've seen a lot of people play this, been waiting to pull the trigger. I'm waiting on a massive pack with everything (game + DLC). A friend tells me this isn't going to happen... what do you guys...

You can get all of the DLCs on steam with the 66% off. But there are 14 DLC's so it adds up pretty quickly... $156 for everything. That's way better then the normal price... but its too much for me....
