Note: for a lot of these library cards, you only need to be a California resident to get a library card and they're FREE.

It's in Alameda County Library System The one I was interested in which I haven't seen elsewhere (even in one's stating they have it, like Santa Clara County) is the Exploratorium.

It's odd ... many of these museums are in San Francisco itself (I think more than in any other county) but the SF library doesn't offer this.
