The UT and ST use the same panel, just the ST has the louver filter for better bright room performance. I believe the U's panel is a step down from both of them.

Biggest difference is the anti-glare filter on the ST50, which makes it much better in non-dark environments. In a dark room, the picture quality is pretty much identical. ST50 also has 3 HDMI...

I have this in the 50" picked it up for $675 during the EPP back in October. While I do buy 3d movies every now and then bc it is a nice feature.. The regular non 3d PQ on this tv is hard to match.....

Great prices - This TV is fantastic in a dark enough viewing environment. After using the settings from AVSForum, I'm more than happy I got a plasma. 3D works just fine with the $20 sammy glasses.
