This is still the go-to book for most grad architecture classes. I had to use it 2 years ago. The main concepts have not changed, However, this book is more of a reference than a learning book imo....

Heh. I was a 0th edition guinea pig when I took the class from Patterson in '88 or '89. I still have my loose leaf photocopied edition in a box somewhere with my class notes.
