It should. If you end up with duplicates, contact the magazine directly via phone/email and tell them you're getting duplicates and they'll merge the two accounts.

Tip: If your credit card has a feature that creates "one time use" credit card numbers .. use it for this.
I always generate a new CC for this kind of thing, set the expiration date about 4 months...

They don't charge for all magazines at the same time. Go into your account and choose "Billing Inquiry" and then "Future Billing".
