I don't seem to follow your logic there, but I doubt that they will price match - their 12mb/s is their high-end, while it's just the basic level of service for Comcast

Actually U-verse's fastest service is 24mb/s depending on your area. That's still a far cry from Comcast's fastest tier but it's certainly more than the 12mb/s you claim.
