If Samsung ever gives you any problems, just call Adorama directly and ask them for a direct invoice to be sent to you. Then use that invoice for any warranty issues.

It's compatible but you won't receive the full performance of SATA3. Also, I am not sure if Apple specifies which SSD is compatible with it.
