Yes, but over time, it'll become a hassle. If you have an Android phone, there are lots of ways to turn the phone into a wifi hotspot so you can use with the tablet.

yes under ptel real paygo as long as its unlocked (might need to obtain code online or have it rooted) but you will be good to go for super fast 4g service in a pay as u go plan!!!
