Looks like the paddle boat we use on our lake will now have a nicer home. Specs say for garage ceiling up to 12', mine is 14'. Will let you know how that goes. :D

I can't tell how far apart the hooks can be, but I am curious if I can mount a 28' extension ladder on one? I would say the hooks would have to be at LEAST 10' apart to be safe...

In my opinion the bike ones don't have pulley mounts that are as heavy duty. I have both and spend the extra bucks on this one unless I need one for very low weight items
