Ok, it says it runs on Windows 2000, XP or Vista. So I'm guessing no Windows 7??? And, does it even have a battery? Seems the way it is worded, it has to be plugged in to the USB for power?

The pictures on eBay shows a red/blue light that can be seen glowing through the lighter. Does the internal light stay on during recording? If so it would be a dead give away its not a lighter.

Just be careful, this one, like the lighter one, both state they work on Windows XP, 2000 or Vista, these may not work on Windows 7 or 8.
