I have the Poulan. Cranks on on or two pulls every time. Good weed eater. If you buy the Poulan, make sure you get the edger attachment. Got mine from Amazon for 50ish. Great attachment!

This Ryobi is the same as the newer Homelite trimmers and I think they are trash and would highly recommend against those (they are owned by TTI a chinese company). They don't even have a proper air...

I have two of the Poulans from these guys. They run great and start easily. Bought a refurb WeedEater blower from them for $45 FS. Great products from a great vendor!
