If they only have refurb's and you'll accept that, talk to a sales person and they might sell it to you for $29 instead of the $49 price tag. It worked for me.

LGA 1156 and 1155 are physically the same dimensions, so it's really just a matter of it being written in the specs or not.
I think the problems people report with 1155 sockets are more related...

Have had one since they came out. i3-530 hitting 4.3ghz... typically 25c idle in a 70F room. Never had a single issue. Even move it a couple times while swapping cases :D

All the reviews I've seen show the hyper 212+ about the same or slightly better than the H50. There are only two AIO liquid coolers that beat the hyper 212+... the H80/H80i and H100/H100i.
