Good call. I got the Filtrer 3m50 wifi therm. Best $100 I spent in a long time. I use it in our beach house to monitor the temp via my iPhone or iPad and to turn heat or AC up/ down a few hours...

Online doesn't reflect the in-store clearance price. No "C" wire for constant power? I only put in the batteries in case the power goes out.

For $38 and Programmable, I'm taking a chance. Way less expensive than others for those with Heat Pump +Electric auxiliary.

I have this one, paid way more over 3 years ago. Only problem is that there is no battery backup, when you change the batteries, you have to reprogram! Maybe this one has been updated?
