Molokini isn't bad if you get the right boat. If you are one of the ones that leaves early you are good otherwise it can get very very crowded. It's why I happen to prefer Lanai.

Separate all together. I recommend either the Teralani or Trilogy (I believe you are staying in the Kaanapali area correct?)
Can't go wrong with either, Old Lahaina is the most authentic, however...

Snorkeling at turtle town is pretty lame. There isnt that many fish or turtles. We only saw 1 turtle...of course we didnt pay for a tour, That beach/snorkel spot is accessible for free.
