It's really the perfect accessory to get anyone rolling sushi. Most people don't realize, you don't have to just use raw fish. You can pack the center with fruits and they are wonderful that way.

I usually make my rice with a little more moisture or add more rice vinegar and put it on when warm to hot. The heat and moisture usually makes the seaweed soft to eat.
