In for one since they confirmed OEM. Their site is slow and the CSS doesn't always load, but still has free shipping and the 5% coupon code still works as well.

Sweet deal for this cable that no one can seem to design for, not even Apple. Lol Refurbished. In for 1.

Well I'm gonna risk it on one of these suckers. Although the AmazonBasics cable which appears to be Apple certified is a good alternative. Anyone know of a way to verify that these are really OEM?...

Not a fan of the vendor. Research what others experience with them. I personally think they are a rip off artist, but that is my opinion.

In the true sense of the word, yes. But A4C does no refurbishing (who would refurbish a cable anyways)...heck, they didn't even bother testing the phone car chargers they sold earlier or else they...

Slick if it's in fact original.

They sent out used, untested crap as "refurbished." Most notably the cell phone car chargers with most being defective. Your hope here is that it's just a cable and these are just customer returns...

I donno why this is a deal. I've gotten a couple generics so far (all less than $10) and they've all worked fine. Possibly better than a "refurbished" Apple OEM cable would work.

I got in on the rapidbuyr deal as well. The car charger is great, but my cable melted. Luckily my phone was not plugged in at the time. I left it plugged in the wall with the part that goes in my...

Got mine in the other day. Other than being a little bit dirty at the connector end, worked perfectly on both sides. Do feel better that it's OEM since lighting cables now have the chip.

Is there another option other than APPLE 8 to 30 connector adapters that anyone could recommend? The options I have seen shows reviews stating they do not work.

that's the immediate thought I had...you mean that Apple products are so bad that they have REFURBISHED cables IN LARGE QUANTITIES to sell????? CABLES? how many things can go wrong with producing...

It should be noted that most of the negative reviews on the Amazon Basics version are regarding the slightly wider plastic housing around the Lightning connector which prevents it from being used in...

Im getting 2. Refurbished means that its just not 100% new, but not really "used". Its worth it knowing your getting a cable that works!

but Apple cables that had to be refurbished are OK? I don't know...if a company can't even make good cables that don't need refurbishing, how can you trust them with very complex "innards"? I'd say...

50% off of retail is pretty slick, even if it is refurbished. Still irks me that we're paying $10 for cables though. Not typical SD fashion, but with the crappy quality of the knockoff lightning...

Lol - how do they "refurbish" these honestly....seems like it would be a waste of time and money for a simple cheap cable. Unless they mean they have just been quickly tested, and that = refurbished...
