This will wrk with all 2011 imacs right I googled and got more confused. I can use both stick to get to 20gb from the 4gb apple included right? Even though apple says Max is 4x4 for a total of 16gb?...

With virtual machines, 4GB per machine is pretty average. Windows + Linux = 8GB, plus the 4-8GB for Mac OS. Most people won't need it though. Just nice future proofing. Also nice for RAM disks....

Apple also said that the 2011 iMacs have a max of 16 gigs (4x4's), but that is because the 8 gig sticks were not out at the time that they did their testing. So they are not saying that they can run...
