Haha, I'm one of the "unlucky" ones as well. This is a Extreme SSD. Faster than other Sandisk SSD's. Also, Sandisk is a reliable brand for SSD's (Just look at the 830) so I would say to go for it....

I have heard others mention that you need to have a 1 line address to be qualified as residential. Put an Apt. # on the same line as your street address.

I have never seen a hard drive bay that was tight that 0.41 mm (9.91 mm - 9.5 mm) would make a difference. That is slightly more that 1/64 of an inch.

I agree... but $80 is a good price for this drive AND tiger rebate will usually be in your hands within 30 days. It's an artificial price increase because the manufacturers pulled back production...
