anyone ever have any issues with a rebate before? I realize how easy it is for a manufacturer to claim they never got the form (or actually not get it), upc, or that it wasn't postmarked in time.

Yes, I do get denial once every year or two (out 100+ submitted per year). Last one was the Sony video editing program that has a $100 rebate (combined with upgrade in one form). I track my rebate...
