As an owner of a DS411+ii, it would probably work just fine. If we knew exactly what kind of drive was in there you could check the Synology compatible drives matrix.

Most likely 100% these drives dont have tler and erc. These are reserved for "enterprise" level drives now. Not to say they wont work in a NAS that uses software raid. They will most likely work...
